MDW - Isola Design Gallery 2025
From Monday, 7 April 2025, to Sunday, 13 April 2025, Atelier Nienē participated in Isola Design Gallery 2025, one of the dynamic stages of Milan Design Week. It was an opportunity to showcase our work to an international audience, as well as a moment to reflect on where our design journey truly begins.
We presented two of our recent pieces: Haiku and Oruga. Both projects reflect the values we pursue in design—highlighting the importance of material, the search for balance between forms, and the dialogue between different materials.
Haiku explores the fragile balance between a grounded base and a floating element, almost like a verse suspended in space.
Oruga, on the other hand, is a modular system that can shift function—becoming a seat, a container, or a side table.
